Tony De Saulles
Tony De Saulles has been drawing silly pictures for as long as he can remember, and is very pleased to be getting paid for it! He trained for one year at the West Surrey College of Art and Design and a further three at The London College of Printing. He has a varied background in advertising, graphic design and book design. His time is now spent illustrating, writing, going for long walks, cycling and playing squash. Tony holds Horrible Science Cartoon Drawing Workshops at book festivals, schools and libraries around the country. He’s visited China twice to promote Horrible Science and even appeared on Chinese TV. Tony has also appeared on CBBC Newsround and Blue Peter and has two Blue Peter badges! He is currently writing and illustrating a How to Draw Horrible Science Cartoons book for Scholastic and making How to Draw Cartoons videos for his website. He lives in Cheltenham with his wife and two children.
